Don't worry EN, the next standard banner is not going to be the same banner again as the in-game announcement says :) Instead, it will feature Phantom and Magallan as the rate-up 6 Stars, with Magallan making her first appearance in the Cert shop. 5 Stars on rate-up will be Leonhardt, Mayer, and Ayerscarpe, with Mayer being available for purchase.
