Character Stats
Overview
While the Light Bow archetype has been historically underwhelming, Isaac takes a fresh stab with a modernized kit. As a damage dealer, Isaac leaves much to be desired, sporting low modifiers and carrying neither Flashburn nor Paralysis. However, he has the potential to shine as a dedicated support, providing consistent Strength Amps and robust buff zones. Although these zones have a random element to them, 3 out of 4 offer powerful effects that DPS and healers alike can appreciate.Â
That said, Light team slots are especially competitive, and Isaac falls within the awkward limbo between pure DPS and mandatory healer. His kit also seems to have trouble deciding, and giving up a third DPS for additional support may simply be too much of an ask.
Strengths
Robust Support
Isaac’s Skill 1 buff zones are exempt for Curse of Nihility, positioning him as one of few supports who can function within Lilith runs. His Strength Amps are also tied to his low-cost Skill 1, allowing him to stack to Team Amp Lv. 2 especially quickly.
Weaknesses
Low Personal DPSÂ
In a meta that heavily favors dual punisher loadouts, Isaac contributes neither affliction. His Skill 2 is particularly plain, offering no effects aside from a single instance of damage.
Susceptible to CurseÂ
While other Lights supports (EX. Summer Cleo, Hildegarde) enjoy 100% skill uptime, a stray hit from either Tartarus or Lilith can be especially crippling.
Dragon Recommendations
Gala Reborn Jeanne remains undisputed in terms of raw DPS.
Tie Shan Gongzhu is the ideal pick for support-focused builds for the extra Skill Haste.
Pop Star Siren offers additional support via her active skill.

Wyrmprint Recommendations
Pair 1
Pair 2
Set 1 (DPS): Forgoing affliction punishers, this set uses Dominion wyrmprints to help cap out all of the standard offensive stats (STR, Skill Damage, Crit Rate/Dmg), even sneaking in a Sword’s Boon.
Set 2 (Support): This set goes all in on skill uptime, running Bow’s Boon (4) and 100% Skill Prep.
