Hero Build Overview/Explanation

(Note: Build for your Selena if she is +Spd; +10 merged and +5 Dragonflowers)
A fairly standard build capitalising on her above-average offensive stat spread.

Weapon: Exotic Fruit Juice
Self-explanatory really. She has it right out of the gate and it's pretty good. 17 might tome with the ability to inflict -6 to Spd and Res during combat. Due to her impressive Spd, she will most definitely double, all while dishing out quite a fair bit of damage.

Assist: Draw Back / Reposition
Both can work well here. Movement assists work more effectively than rallies due to her B slot, so either works. Draw Back come naturally, but Reposition is easily obtainable.

Special: Glimmer
Probably one of the best specials in the game in my opinion. 2 turn cooldown so easy to charge and boosting damage dealt by 50%. Does the job well and she can proc it regularly.

A Slot: Atk/Spd Push 4
One of the best A slot passives due to the amount of sheer power it can give. Granting +7 to Atk and Spd, all while being above or equal to 25% HP (which is fairly easy to do, especially if you have a healer on your team). There's just no way to doubt it.

B Slot: Spd/Res Snag 3 / Desperation 3
Selena's B slot is a bit trickier to decide on.
For a more supportive role, Spd/Res Snag 3 works best. Inflicting -4 to Spd and Res of all foes within FOUR SPACES as long as a movement assist is used by Selena or her target. That's some pretty insane range for a fairly decent debuff.
For a more offensive role, Desperation 3 is probably your best bet. Attacking twice before the opponent's counterattack (as long as you're below 75% HP) is nothing to scoff at. Also, Desperation synergises well with Atk/Spd Push 4, so it's even better.

C Slot: Joint Drive Atk / Preference
Selena's C slot is not important as pretty much anything can go here. I went for Joint Drive Spd because of its amazing utility. Granting +4 Atk to allies with 2 spaces, plus granting +4 Atk to herself if she is within 2 spaces of an ally. If you want power, then this works pretty damn well.

Sacred Seal: Swift Sparrow 2 / Quickened Pulse
The seal is tricky, but not too difficult.
For raw power, Swift Sparrow 2 is for you. +4 Atk and Spd for simply initiating. Synergises with Atk/Spd Push 4, granting +11 Atk and Spd in the player phase.
For a better edge in combat, the opt for Quickened Pulse. Having a free charge on Glimmer is always welcome, easily ensuring her chances of being able to proc.
