Putting the cannon in glass cannon. Swift Sparrow 3 gives her a huge ATK boost from both the skill and Giga Excalibur's bonus. Ruptured Sky helps ease the glass part as the enemy's ATK will be used against them, that combined with the same cooldown as Moonbow/Glimmer makes it a nice replacement, and with Quickened Pulse she can pull it off with ease.
Aerobatics helps her travel around the map with ease so I left it at that, Desperation may be an option, but considering how low Nino's HP and Bulk is, it may be a mixed bag. For C, anything to boost her ATK or SPD or decrease the enemy's.
She's +5 with +5 dragonflowers.
