Hero Build Overview/Explanation

This is my in game Effie that is also Merged +1. I was lucky enough to get a +Atk -Spe IV Effie. I previously used a +Def -Spe which is easily the second best IV set for her. Not really much to say about this build, it's good and she's good. Sometimes I will switch to Goad Armor on her for Armor Emblem.
