Hero Build Overview/Explanation
H! Nowi is Laslow's best support, and this build is there to prove it. I don't tend to make builds based on supporting only a unit, but this one really shines on this topic, and as such, I decided to make an exception.
H! Nowi's weapon is quite a hidden gem, with that built-in wings of mercy-like effect she can move close to a unit that is 2 spaces away from her in a radius of another two spaces, this allows her to function quite well for positional support, as she could decide where she wants to move the unit whenever she wants. This allows her to increase greatly her mobility, and with a unit like Laslow and his weapon, that gives an omniboost +4 to both units involved in a movement support skill, makes this unit quite a dangerous one with Laslow.
Flier mages don't have a good B skill usually, however, this makes Nowi truly shine, because her niche is all about support, and this flier mages have some interesting ones that have gone under the radar for quite a while due to their specialization. Snag and link skills, this ones are quite deadly in a team based around laslow, and Nowi can learn both, allowing her to boost herself (for some dance setup in case you encounter a defensive wall that needs to be dealt with a magical unit) and Laslow.
Atk/res rein and Atk/Res unity are there for her offensive potential, as she may need to clear the path for Laslow in case he finds a really sturdy physical unit, and to deal with the near save units that protect enemy units (In case of dual save strategies, she will cripple the far save unit, and later with a dance, the near save one won't stand a chance, however, this is best case scenario, in worst case scenario, Nowi will need the boost from laslow and link skill to defeat the far save unit, leaving her vulnerable, so, dancing her away or using laslow for reposition might be necessary)
Swap is there because it allows her and Laslow to gain a lot of momentum and get her out of danger in a pinch. And the special, probably you won't use it, but the blazing specials are quite good for units like Nowi, who have low bulk, since it might allow her to defeat the unit with an attack after the special quicks in (however, that leaves her vulnerable to vantage, so hardy bearing as a sacred seal allows us to deny it, but any other seal that allows her to support her allies is good for her)
