Clear Steps
The easiest kind of mission, we simply need to survive for 5 turns. This simplifies the situation considerably, as all we need to do is prevent the Command Post from being encircled, and it's smooth sailing to victory. Two Combat Echelons, and then repair as needed.
We can ignore the Console and second map layer for the moment. This will be important on a later mission.

Deploy a Combat Echelon. Move them off the Command Post, then deploy a second Combat Echelon. End your turn five times, repairing in between as needed, for an easy win.
