  • Assets in Attack or Speed add to Sara’s offensive power. 

Weapon: Kia Staff

  • Kia Staff should be used with the HP condition in mind in order to clear Isolation and other debuffs/status effects from your other units.

Assist: Return+ / None

  • Movement-based healing Assists such as Return and Rescue allow for very unique AI interactions. For example, they can be used to activate a team’s movement without the need for the opponent to enter enemy range. 
  • If you’re not using the aforementioned Return/Rescue trap strategy, it’s more practical to simply not use any Assist skill at all so that units are moved out of position. 

Special: Balm+ / Miracle

  • The choice of Special is mostly inconsequential but a Balm skill can be used for a quick turn 1 buff assuming you are using an Assist. 

Passive A: Atk/Spd Boosting skills

  • The purpose of this build is support but any form of offensive boosting A slots works well with Sara’s exceptional offensive statline in combat situations. 

Passive B: Dazzling Staff / Wings of Mercy

  • Dazzling is a great choice on most staff units by simply preventing counterattacks. Wings of Mercy is a solid alternative for warp in kills.

Passive C: Canto Control / Odd Recovery / Drive Res / Flexible

  • Odd Recovery couples well with Kia staff, as it allows you to clear nearby allies while positioning low HP allies further away. 
  • The C skill can otherwise be replaced as needed to suit the team. 

Sacred Seal: Chill Skills / Quickened Pulse 

  • Generally any support-based skills such as Chills make for good seal slot options.
  • Quickened Pulse allows for Balm Skills to be immediately active.

Strengths

Kia Staff

Kia Staff makes for an incredibly useful utility weapon, especially on AR Defense teams, as it allows Sara to clear the penalties and negative status effects such as Isolation from target allies.
