Boon/Bane: +ATK, -DEF
This is a relatively cheap setup (assuming that you've got L&D3 and DG3 fodder lying around) that takes advantage of Corrin's monstrous ATK and SPD.
Skills that deal with ATK/SPD will be your best friend. They also synergize with his weapon. If L&D3 isn't your thing, you can swap it out with Swift Sparrow or ATK/SPD Bond 3. A and Seal are pretty flexible.
B is to ensure that Corrin can make a follow-up without being stopped.
Glimmer for high damage and low cooldown.
