Hero Build Overview/Explanation
This build is made to take advantage of Cordelia's amazing refine. Her great offensive stats plus her weapon basically giving off a Quad with it having Swift Sparrow above 70% hp, making desperation not a good idea but with her reaching near 60 atk a Heavy Blade Glimmer lets her activate her special before then enemy can even counterattack and if they do she still has two more attacks afterwards.
This new weapon refine has proven to be better than her more normal Firesweep Build.
