Clear Steps
This map is the first Night map of LS.
If you are playing this on Normal, all you have to do is avoid the two alert enemies and kill everything else (technically also true for EX, but you'd need a much stronger echelon). But both EX and Normal can be done with only dummies, so we're just gonna do it on EX.
We are using Scarecrow and a pair of dummies for the no combat version of this. It takes a few turns but is very easy, just sacrificing hostage links to eliminate enemies.
After blowing up the rocks, we rescue the last hostage and wait until the Mech comes to us so we can hack it.
