Disarming at least one box with a para or moving quickly can be useful to avoid having to worry about that side of the map.
The more paras you have, the more boxes you can disarm on turn one.
Obviously use a stronger RFHG than what I am displaying here, Grape is always a good idea against Doppels and Gladiators. Considering the unhealthy amount of gunners, a strong SG like LTLX will also do wonders here.
BGM was used as an example HOC only, obviously use something stronger if you have it, like 2B14/M2, or AT4/Mk153.
Make sure to make full use of Dandelion's skills as they greatly help.
This is clearly not the most optimal way to clear this map, as that would include some stronger echelons and simply beating the crap out of everything with no worry. If your echelons and fairies are not quite up for it, don't be afraid to retreat, repair and redeploy to finish up.
