Character Analysis
Lyrica Prismriver (Scarlet) was released on November 2nd 2023 on "Festival Prayer: Happy Scarlet Sonata." For more up-to-date analysis, be sure to visit the Official Discord Server.
The Poltergeist trio of Prismriver Sisters are here to do what they do best once again! This time, we are met with a version of them who initially wanted to hold a concert in the Netherworld, but the Scarlet Mist incident may have become too big of an issue to ignore. Their youngest sister, Lyrica Prismriver and her keys of courage will help with investigating whatever incidents come around, like a certain crimson mist she is familiar with!
A6 Lyrica Prismriver is a Speed-Class Friend with team support via Spirit Power, Agility, Accuracy and Evasion as well as being able to inflict/break Poison anomalies, especially on a specific enemy.
As a Attacker / Supporter
- Ways to increase Spirit Power both for herself and for the team. Increases her own Spirit Power by 1.25 via Skill 2 and increases the team’s Spirit Power by 0.25 via Skill 3 (every other turn) and Spell Card 1’s Post-ATK by 0.85.
- Yang ATK buffs gained for herself via Skill 2 and Last Word Pre-ATK.
- Yang DEF debuffs on enemies via Last Word Pre-ATK and some bullet lines like on her Spell Cards.
- Grants Accuracy buffs to the team via Boosting and Skill 3.
- Grants Agility buffs to the team when Grazing or using Skill 1 and Spell Card 1 Pre-ATK.
- Has Slice Scaling to work with, which appears throughout her attacks.
- A6 Lyrica has Soul, Youkai, Dream World, Vampire, Undead, Devil, Maid and Magician Killers.
As a Utility / Breaker
- Elements are a mix of Earth, Fire and Star across A6 Lyrica’s kit.
- Has an additional way of gaining Spirit Power: Absorbs Poison and Paralyze anomalies and gains 0.20 Spirit Power for every Poison/Paralyze anomaly inflicted on her. A6 Lyrica can achieve this by herself via Spell Card bullet lines on her Spread Shot and both Spell Cards.
- Poison anomaly inflictions on enemies are achieved by using Skill 1 on all enemies, as well as 4 layers of it on a single enemy via Spell Card 2 Pre-ATK (as well as an additional infliction on a bullet line). Both Poison and Paralyze breaks can be achieved via Solo-Targeting Spell Card 2 and Last Word (2P and 3P respectively).
- Takes 40% less damage against Scarlet Devil Mansion enemies.
- Grants the team Evasion buffs via Skill 3, Spell Card 2 Pre-ATK and Last Word Pre-ATK. Also debuffs Accuracy of enemies via Spell Card 2 Pre-ATK. Could help avoid some damage in clear content.
Story Card Recommendations
(Card recommendations last updated on November 02, 2023)
Spell Card
CRIT ATK is an extremely important buff for A6 Lyrica to get, so a Story Card that can benefit her in that regard would help a lot. In addition, more Spirit Power wouldn’t hurt at all whether it’s for the team or for herself, and neither would Yang ATK buffs since that would help a bit too. Aside from a few other niche options, if you want to maximize Spell Card damage, Sharp Boosting Cards are the main way to go.
CRIT ATK UP: Divine Spirit Tajikarao, Worlds in Hand, Bloody Order, New Year’s Shrine Visit VI, Miracle Mallet, Ordinary Magician, Standing Behind You, 19th Hakurei Shrine Reitaisai
Spirit Power UP: The Witch of Scarlet Dreams, Let the Oil Money Flow, Dancer in the Puddle, Taking a Breather in Spring, Post-Training Kinako Milk, Mountain of Faith, Road of Liminality’s Ennichi, Our Dream, Youkai Mountain Anniversary, It’s Spring!
Team Spirit Power UP: Divine Spirit Tajikarao, Myouren Temple Anniversary, Dancers Take the Stage!, Utopia Tea Time
Yang ATK UP: How Irrational…, Nameless Adventurers, Idola-Deus, By the Underground Lake, Ordinary Magician, Kasen’s Senkai, Members of the Yakumo Family, Stroll Through Former Hell, Fairies Under the Hot Sun

Target Yang DEF DOWN: Night-Splitting Light, Myouren Temple Anniversary, Beach Sanshoku Geidontei, Running Late

Last Word
Silver Gale
Reisen's Moonlit Festival!
Puppeteer and Necromancer
Congress of Sages
Kaguya's Moonlit Festival!
Idola-Deus
Unlike her A6 sisters, A6 Lyrica’s Last Word is fully Light, and as for what would be her best Story Card, Silver Gale takes gold here, for its 50% boost in Fire (lines 2, 4 and 6) and an additional 45% boost in Light bullets. Other options that hit the right note include Reisen’s Moonlit Festival! and Puppeteer and Necromancer for their 50% Light bullet boosts, Congress of Sages gives a 40% boost but with a strong Yang ATK stat stick, and Kaguya’s Moonlit Festival! also boosts Light bullets but by 45%. Finally, for her attack being more Earth-heavy, Idola-Deus wouldn’t be a bad choice for its 40% Earth Bullet boost and a quick burst of Yang ATK.
Character Skill Level Up Recommendations
All Skills' cooldown rates stay the same whether it's at Level 1 or Level 10, but with Spirit Power and Yang ATK being helpful as it is, number 2, Arpeggio comes first for that reason. Next up will be Glissando for the additional Accuracy to ensure the team can hit their enemies. Finally, we have Tremolo which is useful in its own right for the team Agility buff as well as the Poison anomaly infliction on all foes.
Character Strengths
Keys of Support
Accuracy, Agility and Even Spirit Power, A6 Lyrica has what it takes to help out the team in this regard via Skills, Spell Cards and Ability. Accuracy is gifted by Boosting and by using Skill 3, Agility is granted to the team through Skill 1, Grazing and Spell Card 1 Pre-ATK, and Spirit Power for the team is gained via Skill 3 (0.25) and Spell Card 1 Post-ATK (0.85). It’s also worth noting that Skill 3 can be used every other turn so Accuracy buffs will always be there for allies, and that bit of Spirit Power every 2 turns never hurts.
Killers and Yang Buffs
Like her sisters from A6, this version of the Poltergeist Keyboardist has the same solid Killers to land surefire CRITs on a good chunk of enemies: Soul, Youkai, Dream World, Vampire, Undead, Devil, Maid and Magician are the group of Killers that A6 Lyrica can take advantage of. In addition, she can give herself a bit of Yang ATK via Skill 2 and Last Word Pre-ATK as well as debuff the Yang DEF of her enemies also via Last Word Pre-ATK and some Spell Card bullet lines.
Character Weaknesses
Critical Flaw
One thing you may have seen a notable lack of is A6 Lyrica’s absence of CRIT ATK buffs, and even CRIT DEF debuffs. If you want to help her with damage and taking advantage of Killers, definitely consider Story Cards that buff just that. It could be worth slightly buffing Yang ATK a little more while at it, but that’s a far less concern.
Seemingly Low Damage Potential
Even if CRIT ATK is accounted for and Killers are connected, A6 Lyrica struggles with damage output, especially compared to her sisters. For example, her mediocre Slice Scaling, no way of dealing additional damage with elements that are effective/resisted by enemies. That said, it might be possible to clear content just fine if using A6 Lyrica for damage, but it’s not going to be the best, especially if struggling with the aforementioned CRIT ATK issue.
