As H Yufine has many options and build paths due to her interesting skill kit, let's look at the most generalist way to build her, as it will fit her into the most amount of teams.
Even with a comp like this there are 2 ways to build her:
-High effectiveness % with Champion Trophy
-Low effectiveness % with Junkyard Dog
The Trophy build would be more stat intensive as a much higher threshold is required to land debuffs on soul weavers and knights. The Junkyard build would be
Stats
Stat-wise, H Yufine will look a bit like a speed Charles, except with the crit stats funneled into atk% and hp%, or in the case of a Trophy build, effectiveness instead.
Stats should look like:

Eff% 30% (drop atk% and hp% for eff 130%+ for Trophy builds)
Sets
Speed should by default included as this build needs quite high speed. Secondary set could be any. H Yufine has passive evasion chance, so immunity is not quite necessay, but would help. Hit set should come naturally to players as it comes from Wyvern 13, something all players should be well acquainted with. But even a broken set with great sub stats should suffice.
Artifacts
Junkyard Dog - should be the easiest to build as it'll help players stack many burns on many targets fast, and overall the most consistent.
Champion's Trophy - would be better against comps with more soul weavers and knights, as the higher eff% will help immensely and stuns could block key skills on particular turns.
Sigurd's Scythe - is the best option in a full DPS H Yufine build. While not the most damage to a target per se, each turn H Yufine can use it to heal to full to recharge her evasion passive, and the increase in attack should ramp up the burn damage quite a bit.

Analysis
Overview
Holiday Yufine is a limited 5* Fire Warrior who fills multiple roles as a bruiser. Her hallmark trait is her passive, which grants an aura on allies preventing 30% (up to 50%) CR push back and granting herself 50% evasion while at full HP. This aura in combination with her skills and stats make her a very potent bruiser in content such as World Arena, Guild War, and Arena Offense where bruisers can be strong, but are proned to being turn-chained and crowd controlled. H Yufine is an especially hard counter to Basar, as her passive nullifies the CR push back and her S3 can cleanse his debuffs.
Strengths
Hard Counter to Basar
Her passive combined with the utility from her S3 makes her the definitive counter to Basar, who has dominated the meta since his enhancement in 2019. This gives players a fair shot against very high end players who run Basar in RTA and Arena Defense.
AoE S1
H Yufine’s S1 being AoE means she can be equipped with a debuffing artifact and constantly be spamming debuffs on the enemy team.
Evasion Passive
While at full health, H Yufine has 50% evasion. This makes her quite a sticky unit. She will be hard to hit with crowd control or damage. Paired with a healer and the right comp, H Yufine becomes a sticky crowd control machine.
Weaknesses
Subpar Multipliers
Due to her attacks all being AoE, H Yufine suffers from somewhat subpar multipliers in her damage. Though she could be built with crit as a bruiser, she would operate much better built with utility with most of her damage coming through landing burns.
Lacks Offensive Specialization
Due to her generalist nature and focus on utilities, H Yufine lacks offensive specialization which means it becomes quite difficult for her to carry and entire team’s worth of damage. This means she is more akin to a support alongside a true carry.
Has Many Hard Counters
Just like how she hard counters Basar, H Yufine has many hard counters of her own: such as SSB who gains 4 stacks of focus per H Yufine’s AoE attacks, or any debuff cleansing soul weaver (Angelic Momo, Achates, Destina), who can easily remove her burn stacks.
