With relatively high base speed, Cecilia can be a devastating force in PvP when she goes first and provokes the entire enemy team. This requires good speed rolls on a Speed gear set, along with either a Health or Hit set. Cursed Compass is a great artifact choice in an offensive setup, maximizing her ability to land the first turn provoke. Aurius is another strong artifact that makes use of Cecilia’s high HP to boost the survivability of your team.

Counter Tank
Because Cecilia’s normal attack can apply defense breaks, she becomes a potent threat when equipped with a counter set and the Elbris Ritual Sword artifact. This synergizes well with her AOE provoke, which forces enemies to attack her and potentially trigger a hail of counterattacks. The downside of this counter build is that she sacrifices some survivability, but this can be addressed by a placing her in more defensive team composition with strong healing abilities.

Analysis
Overview
Cecilia’s ability to provoke multiple enemies at once makes her a queen among knights. With excellent base stats and abilities that scale with her HP, she can be built into a monstrous tank with huge damage potential that excels against multiple enemies. Although she requires relatively high investment into her skills and gear in order to shine, she can become an invaluable asset for your team in both PvP and PvE.
Strengths
100% AOE provoke
Cecilia is the only hero with an AOE provoke, stalling enemies for an entire turn. Built correctly, she can be a powerhouse in PvP, where a single turn can often decide victory and defeat. Her AOE provoke can also be valuable in Raid and Abyss, where she can stabilize unfavorable situations by provoking enemy monsters and giving your team time to heal.
Versatile mix of defensive and offensive debuffs
Cecilia has access to some of the most potent debuffs in the game. With a defense break on her first skill, attack down on her second skill, and provoke on her third skill, she has one of the highest utility potentials in the Knight class.
Damage scales with HP
Cecilia has great damage potential for a tank because all three of her skills scale with her HP. Increasing her HP simultaneously boosts both her offensive and defensive capabilities, making her gear choices relatively straightforward.
Weaknesses
Lacks bonuses to Defense
Unlike many other Knights, Cecilia lacks defensive buffs or bonuses to reduce damage. And because of her HP scaling, players often neglect Defense for more HP in order to maximize damage. As a result, Cecilia tends to take more damage compared to other tanks, placing a heavier burden on your team’s healer compared to other tanks.
Needs heavy molagora investment
A large chunk of Cecilia’s potential as a debuffer is locked behind skill enhancements, requiring heavy molagora investment. Cecilia’s first and second skills start with low proc rates, making her debuffs relatively inconsistent until they are upgraded to +4.
Requires high Effectiveness
Rather than providing defensive buffs, Cecilia fulfills her role as a tank by disrupting the enemy’s attacks through debuffs and provokes. As a result, she requires high effectiveness on her gear in order to do her job, while other knights can focus purely on defensive stats or speed.
