Clear Steps
Although this map looks intimidating, it is once again deceptively simple. The entire left side of the map can be ignored; although there are KCCO enemies, only 1 of them moves, and that one is easy to avoid.
The path to rescue AN94 is filled with ELIDs, but with some careful management of supplies, is not terribly threatening either.
Rescue Hostage
Turn 1

Deploy the Combat Echelons on the Heliports, and the Dummy Echelon on your Command Post.
Move both Combat Echelons down onto the closed Heliports.

Pick a Heliport you want to capture with your Dummy Echelon and move to that.
Turn 2
2.1
Move Both Combat Echelons down along the upper path. Be sure to swap positions to avoid one of them running out of supplies.
Turn 3
3.1
Move a Combat Echelon down, up-left to pick up AN94, and then down again. This is important to avoid a fight with a KCCO unit. Move up-left twice, destroy the emplacement, then down, and up twice on to the Command Post.
Defend 5 turns.
