PvE Stories Pros and Cons
Connect specializing in status effects
Konomi's connect grants a unit the ability to poison and cast fog on any enemy they attack, guaranteed. This is especially useful when you connect to someone with a lot of blast discs in order to maximize the amount of status effects you'll inflict. Fog is great in that it causes the enemy to miss their attacks.
Konomi's personal memoria is great for PvE since it allows you to redraw your disc pool and replace it with only Konomi's disc. This guarantees a Puella Combo on Konomi and ensures she's ready to connect on the next turn.
Status Effects aren't always useful
Even though Konomi is guaranteed to cause status effects thanks to her connect, these aren't always useful in PvE battles since a lot of bosses will be immune to some of these effects. Also, Konomi is only a 2 star so her stats aren't great to begin with, even at 4 stars.
PvP Mirrors Pros and Cons
Fog & Defense Up
Fog is useful in PvP since it'll cause the enemy to miss a fair number of their turns and the defense up is a good asset.
Due to being a 2 star girl, her stats aren't that great and Konomi hasn't been uncapped in either version of the game yet. Also, her personal memoria has a cooldown rate of 13 turns maxed out, so you'll never be able to use it in Mirrors.
Both "Bygone Time" and "Serious Face" will boost Konomi's magia damage and heal her every turn, which is always good to have an a healer (since they can't heal themselves).
Konomi's personal memoria is also good for PvE since it'll replace your current disc choices with only Konomi's discs, guaranteeing a connect from Konomi on the next turn.
