Ravi once was a quiet girl living in a countryside, until she fell into a victim of the Homunculus experiments and became a Wraith. Since Ravi was made by the power of Tenebria, she strongly believes she is the chosen one.

Analysis

Overview

Ravi is a versatile Warrior who excels in most PvE content, often referred to as a “jack of all trades but master of none.” Her built-in sustain paired with high Base Health and damage multipliers allow for her to fare well throughout the entirety of Epic Seven. She is a Hero who, while selfish, will almost never need support during most battles due to her innate stability. This is a unique asset that very few other Heroes in Epic Seven share.

Strengths

Sustain

Slaughter (S1) will absorb some of the damage dealt as health. This ability allows Ravi to sustain with builds that would normally never offer any form of lifesteal while still reaping the benefits of non-lifesteal gear. It also synergises well with her incredibly high base Health stat.

Flexibility

Due to Ravi’s built-in sustain, Attack Scaling, and Combat Readiness boost, she can thrive in most content.

Burning Soul

Slaughter (S1) has an excellent Soul Burn damage multiplier, allowing her S1 to potentially do levels of damage similar to other Heroes S3 with no cooldown. This can make her a formidable foe even against disadvantageous elements.

Weaknesses

Devil Drive? Where?

Typically you want to keep Ravi’s Skills turned off during auto mode, while in manual you will almost never want to activate Devil Drive (S3.) As Ravi’s Fighting Spirit builds, she will passively accumulate increased damage--up to a 1.6 damage modifier-- and using Devil Drive (S3) will deplete this increased damage pool.

Time Scaling

The brunt of Ravi’s damage will come from her Fighting Spirit passive effect, which  builds up every time she is attacked or attacks. As is the nature of ramp-up abilities, she can’t access her full power immediately.

Monotonous

Ravi’s skills offer little to no utility when playing her optimally. This results in a very consistent pattern of just using Slaughter (S1) turn after turn, making for repetitive gameplay. The damage increase of her Soul Burn dissuades playing on Auto during boss fights.

Builds

Offensive

Because Ravi is so flexible, she can fit into almost any team for any content, but those seeking to improve her damage must bear in mind two factors.  Defense Breaks and Heroes who generate Souls quickly will typically be best to pair with Ravi in order to take advantage of enemies’ vulnerability windows. Doing this will allow her to ramp up towards massive burst damage in each turn. Pairing this with CritC and CritD will only further amplify her offensive power.

Team

Core

In this team Tamarinne, Iseria, and Falconer Kluri play the critical role of generating souls and providing consistant defense breaks. Tamarinne will also allow Ravi to use S1 once she transforms. Tamarinne and Falconer Kluri will provide consistent stability to the entire team with their AoE healing. A team like this might work for Golem.

--Tip: When the artifact Song of Stars is placed on an archer in the same team as Ravi it will allow her S1 Soul Burn damage to skyrocket if the Target debuff is active.

Secondary

A team like this would work well in Golem.

Sub Dps

While these builds tend to demote Ravi to sub-DPS, she can make the most of ramp-up damage by playing the long game with a sustain build. Her specialty then becomes countering other Heroes and assisting the team.  This type of build can especially excel in situations where Ravi is paired with an Archer using the Infinity Basket Artifact or a team intended to counter a lot-- more basic attacks means more lifesteal.

Team

Core

This is a team that utilizes Heroes that will be built with the intent to counter. You can use Arius or Elbris Ritual Sword on Charles to help protect both Seaside Bellona and Ravi. Crimson Seed is recommended so that anti healing debuffs can be easily removed from Ravi

--Tip: This team can easily be adjusted for GvG situations or used on Arena Defence.

Secondary

A more offensive variant of the above composition.
