PvE
Dizzy offers support to many different strategies in a PvE environment. Her fairly short cooldowns can be exploited in teams who increase Combat Readiness while still supplementing critical functions like Healing, Cleansing, Defense Breaks, and ideally some form of single-target damage.
Her consistent AoE Damage works with a variety of Mage Artifacts. Aside from Etica's Scepter or Radiant Forever, both Lela Violin and Necro & Undine work equally as well depending on her role in your team.

Team

This team allows Dizzy to be used in a more supportive role. Her Combat Readiness Decrease paired with Tamarinne and Challenger Dominel’s Combat Readiness boosts will allow for their team to move with exceptional vigor. Tywin’s AoE Defense Break also synergises well with Dizzy’s all AoE Kit-- her AoE also pairs fairly well with Challenger Dominel’s Passive.

The amount of debuffs that Emotional Gamma Ray (S3) brings paired with Gamma Ray’s (S2) Debuff extension makes her a staple Hero when paired with those who rely on mass debuffs for damage. Some of these include Specter Tenabria, Baal & Sezan, and Sigret.
Merry-go-round
PvP
Both Gamma Ray (S2) and Emotional Gamma Ray (S3) allow Dizzy to freely manipulate the turn order and Speed of enemy Heroes. This build seeks to use that to her team’s advantage with the support of Heroes who synergize well with her incessant AoE skillset.

Team

This is a Speed comp focused around out-rotating the enemy team. Dizzy can work especially well in compositions like this because of her 50% Combat Readiness reduction on Gamma Ray (S2). Emotional Gamma Ray (S3) can further improve the effectiveness of a composition like this with the combined effects of a Speed buff on your team and a Speed debuff on the opponent. You can build her with less focus on speed and more on Attack and Crit Damage in this composition assuming you have a fast Auxiliary Lots.

A fairly straightforward Cleave Composition -- which will naturally depend on high Speed and moving first. Utilizing this many Mages will open up interesting Artifact combinations depending on how you build each Hero.

Analysis
Overview
She has no idea how she got here, but the Ice Mage Dizzy joins Epic Seven with a bang! Despite being one who hates fighting, she brings a unique skill set to any battle. Gamma Ray (S2) and Emotional Gamma Ray (S3) are perfect for providing your team with defensive debuffs, while her consistent AoE damage can be an asset in many styles of teams.
Strengths
Debuffs Galore
Emotional Gamma Ray (S3) will decrease Speed, Attack, and Hit Chance all at once while also bypassing evasion mechanics, being a guaranteed miss. It’s a strong and versatile element-neutral setup. Gamma Ray (S2) compliments this by extending the duration of any debuffs that don’t prevent the enemy from moving (taunts will still be extended). Still, I Used This to Catch a Fish (S1) does have Stun for complete debilitation.
Combat Readiness Decrease
When Awakened, Gamma Ray (S2) will not only extend the duration of debuffs but also decrease enemy Combat Readiness by 50%, which is a powerful magnitude in both PvE and PvP.
AoE
Each of Dizzy’s Skills is an AoE attack, even I Used This To Catch A Fish (S1). Very few other Heroes have kits like this.
Low Skill Investment
If used in a utility role, Dizzy requires very little skill investment to decrease the low cooldowns of both Emotional Gamma Ray (S3) and Gamma Ray (S2).
Weaknesses
Always Hits AoE
While this is an otherwise good thing, there are some circumstances with enemies that you do not want to hit. However, because all three Skills are offensive AoE attacks, she loses that flexibility.
Squishy
Despite her fairly high base Speed, Dizzy’s Defense is fairly low, paired with an abysmal base Health. Beware of expecting her to survive without the help of teammates.
