PvP
This build demands Ruele is built with the tankiest stats possible. Though it is not needed to use Speed set you still still typically want to have 140-160 Speed so she won’t be a total snail. This will allow her to have time before she uses Light Ascending (S3) on defense (in both Guild Wars and Arena) and prevent the enemy from trying to kill any unit other than her. You will typically want to focus on HP% main stats, but do not neglect the importance of Effect Resistance in wake of the heavy CC compositions being used.
Her artifacts can be pretty flexible depending on the other Heroes in your team composition so either Idol’s Cheer, Water’s Origin, Proof of Valor, or Wonderous Potion Vial will work.

Team

--Tip: Ruele will appreciate having another unit with an ally Revive on her team because it will take some pressure off of her being a primary target to defeat.

--Tip: Having a high damage threat on your team will allow them to typically deal more damage since Ruele's Revive is always a threat.

Analysis
Overview
Ruele of Light is a PvP monster despite her innocent demeanor. She is incredibly tanky, extremely hard to kill, and a Hero who will often be the bane of many enemy teams. Her skills have short cooldowns while also having strong effects attached to them. As one of the few Heroes who has access to both Invincibility and a Revive Ruele will light the way to victory by protecting her team members.
Strengths
Revive
Much of the threat that Ruele holds comes from Light Ascending (S3). It is a Single-Target Revive for one defeated ally that also fully Heals, Cleanses, and grants them Invincibility for one turn. It can also be used on living allies who will receive all of the other effects. In essence this skill forces enemy teams to defeat her prior to other team members or see them again in the near future.
Cleanse
Ruele does not like her ally Heroes to be oppressed by debuffs. Both Light Pillar (S2) and Light Ascending (S3) remove all debuffs from the targeted ally, coupled with fairly short cooldowns.
Healing on all three skills.
Ruele of Light is a very supportive Hero who is typically a priority target in PvP. Thankfully Key to an Oath (S1), Light Pillar (S2), and Light Ascending (S3) all heal proportional to her Max Health. This allows her to use extremely defensive gear and artifacts to compensate, as well as having a potential heal on every turn.
Weaknesses
Heals & Cleanses are all single target.
This downside is a majority of the reason Ruele is not often seen in PvE team compositions. When faced with enemy Heroes that have AoE debuffs, AoE damage, and high chances of attacking Heroes not in the leader slot Ruele is often lackluster compared to the other Soul Weavers available.
