Any anti-androids?

Perfect Cell has just be announced and considering how strong it is, I think the new meta would be an android based team. Knowing the androids having some increased attack against saiyans I was wondering if there were any characters who have some sort of 'anti-android' ability that gives them an upper hand against androids, or is there no fighters yet that have that sort of ability?
