Obviously the strongest Hero character is Shallot. Especially when you unlocked his super sayjan form through story mode.
Also the Broly fight that requires a hero team is red. That means you should bring shallot+2 blue units. The best option would be to go with blue hero turles and blue hero Vegeta. And then put hero sayjan buffers onto your bench to increase the power of your 3 sayjan fighters.
