Can Anybody See if any of you could help me create a team that would get me through PVP and to Get through PVE

Well your're still lack of characters but you have some of potential character like SP Frieza, SP Kaioken Goku, SP Green Vegeta. But for pvp team I suggest you to use balance color team. For the core you can bring SP Kaioken Goku, SP Frieza, SP Green Vegeta and for bench I suggest to bring SP SSG Goku, SP SS2 Gohan, SP Spirit Bomb Goku. Usually people will use SP Purple Broly, SP Gogeta, and SP SS Bardock to their team so you can counter them with only your team core.
ps: Don't bring SP Spirit Bomb Goku to the battle. He's suck but he still have z ability to boost strike defense on Saiyan tag.
