You already have nice SP Characters to build off eachother I can possibly count off 3 teams easily. . . . . . . . . .
Pan
has one of the Highest Ki Restore Speed, you could build off of Her, if you are going for Combos.
Android 17
is known as one of the Tankiest Characters & uses Blast Damage, another character you could Focus the build on, but as of late a lot of people like to counter that with SP Android 18 in PVP
From what I see quite Honestly the Team id suggest to make from what I see, you have great SP characters From SP Tier 4, for benching

Personally you have several teams that you can put together
Turles as a bench is great for android 17 a Nice balance esp if turles has z ability 2. . .
gives 22% Attack & Defense to Purple.
