Could I get some help for team building?

I've been visiting this site a ton over the past week or two trying to figure out a good team to use in pvp. I've played for a while but it took me a while to figure out the game so I don't know if I started that good. I can't help but feel my team isn't fit for the current meta and I don' want to waste my rising souls/ zeni on characters that I'm not going to use. Any help is appreciated.
