While I don't know too much on apks, I know that certain sites like Tutuapp allow you to download games, both hacked versions and unhacked versions. If you choose to download DB Legends from Tutuapp though, please link it with Facebook as soon as possible as the site can unregister itself from your device from time.
I have no idea if the official version will get loaded in Lebanon since the japanese & global version has already been released for a long time and even if it does come out, it is not likely that it will be released soon.
