Assuming these are all your units, you can make two types of teams, 'Super saiyans' and 'Frieza force'. The main team for the super saiyan team should consist on Sp ssj Bardock Blue, Sp ssj Kale Red and Sp Super Vegeta Yellow while the frieza force team will be a hybrid consisting of Sp Final Form Frieza Yellow, Sp Ginyu Green and Sp Mai Green.
The Super Saiyan team will most likely be your strongest team, since Sp ssj bardock give insane attack buffs to all super saiyans when he swaps with them and gets attack buffs and ki reduction skills for having at least one super saiyan ally alive. Ssj Kale is a great tank which destroys 2 cards when changing cover, a powerful ability in this game. Super Vegeta has high damage which can increase greatly as time goes on, and ultimates card which is easy to learn and use, and when gaining boosts with ssj bardock, his attacks become dangerously devastating. For bench characters, you could use Ex Goku Blue, Sp SSJ Goku Red and Sp Vegeta Purple since all three of those members buff either strike or blast attack to all your main units, extending your high offensive capabilities even further.
As for the frieza force team, it is quite hard to tell what bench characters would be most suitable for you without your list and you do not have enough frieza force characters shown in the picture above to make a full team so I will not elaborate on this team and its power will be much lower compared to the super saiyan team. It could become the strongest team you could make if you gain the unit 'Sp Final form Cooler Blue' though.
In summary your best pvp team would have Sp ssj Bardock Blue, Sp ssj Kale Red and Sp Super Vegeta Yellow as the main units while the bench characters consist of Ex Goku Blue, Sp SSJ Goku Red and Sp Vegeta Purple.
