I really need CC because I beat the story so I need to get M. Vegeta / SS3 Goku

If you beat the story only in normal mode, try hard mode. You'll get more CC if you haven't done hard mode yet. Also look at your missions list. There are tons of assignments to get CC. I would also recommend playing more ranked PVP because you keep winning matches the game will reward you with CC or medals or summon tickets.
