You would need to show us your character list to allow us to give you a better custom team. However, you can make a good saiyan team with just sp broly blue, sp goku purple and sp Vegeta green. As for good bench characters, we need to see your ex character list to determine that but anybody who has the z-ability to buff saiyans will be a good choice.
