SSJ PUR Broly or SSJ3 Goku in this build?

For this build, I normally use Kaioken Goku, Vegeta and 1 other depending on the enemy team's composition.

1. Would 3 star PUR SSJ Broly be better than SSJ3 Goku in this build? He's a better fighter in general obviously, but I don't know if that makes up for the blast defense given by SSJ3 Goku's Z ability and full strike toolkit when coupled with Kaioken Goku, Vegeta or Gogeta.

2. Does keeping Raditz at level 1500 with no equipment and soul boost matter at all when searching for an opponent (more chances for weaker match-ups)? Just wondering if it works like that at all or not.
