Is there a tier list for EX Characters?

EX fighters are mostly used for their Z Abilities, so the best are those that can boost your starting (hopefully) SP lineup.

Parkingtigers, homu is mostly right with a few important exceptions. Currently Android 18 has an EX who can be 7 starred in PVP and who fits well on an Android team as a sub in when trying to adjust for type advantage at selection screen. EX 19, though he can't be 7 starred has a ki absorb on cover that makes him the perfect 'anti-HV Goku'. There are about 5 EX units worth benching, boosting to max and even starting depending on the match up. I have thought about doing a video on this subject and hopefully by the time i get to it you will find that useful.
