Who's is better ssj3 Goku or majin Vegeta

This is probably a bad answer, but I got ssj3 boku and he was pretty good. I don't know about main vegeta, but that's all I got until I pull him. However, there's a solution. Go to the featured character list and take a look at their stats. If you have them, just look at stats in character list. A thanks reply would be good!
