Arthur Weasley's fascination with Muggle technology served him well as an employee of the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office, eventually leading to his appointment as Head of Department. During the Second Wizarding War, he also served a brief stint as the head of the Office for the Detection and Confiscation of Counterfeit Defensive Spells and Protective Objects.
