Guide: How to Prestige a Registry Page

The Prestige system in Wizards Unite is a combination of bragging rights, replayability, and extra rewards. As players get over the early portion of the game and find their collections slowly beginning to fill up, with some pages approaching completion, it might feel like they're reaching the limit of the current game content in HPWU. Being able to Prestige a Registry Page is the solution to that worry. Let's discuss the mechanics of Prestiging, plus when and why you would want to do it, and what rewards you can get out of it.

You can Prestige a Registry Page when all the Foundables and Foundable Fragments for that specific page of the Registry Family have been found. At that point, you should Prestige the page - there is no downside to Prestiging, and you don't gain anything by leaving the Registry Page as-is unless you really want to keep the page filled, but don't want to collect everything again. Therefore, don't hold back - Prestige and send your friends an owl to inform them of your new bragging rights!

When a Registry Family’s page has been filled, this button will appear in the top right corner and you will receive the following prompt:

That's all there is to it! Your page will empty itself of Foundables and you can begin collecting them anew.

It might sound like a bit of a drag to throw out your hard-won collection of Foundables and begin hunting them down again. So why should you? Well, there are a bunch of cool upsides when you Prestige a Registry Page.

Yes, Prestiging a page will reset the Foundables returned for that page - but it will also increase the amount of Family XP received for returning them the next time. Note that this is a very good way to farm Runestones over time, as the increased Family XP on Foundable return stacks with each successive Prestige.

And, as a cool bonus, once you Prestige a page, it will gain or update a sweet page frame. 

There are 4 Prestige Ranks: Standard, Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

Note: If you Prestige a page, it will only affect that one page and not the others within that Registry Family. 

So there you have it! Never fear if you fill up a collection, there's always more to do!
