Main Abilities, Unique Abilities, and Moves only affect the battle if they are being used by one of the 3 fighters picked.
the same goes for held arts cards. the base deck is made of 3 strike, 3 blast, 1 special, and 1 extra, and the 3 chosen fighters contribute their held arts cards the deck, but the 3 fighters NOT picked ONLY affect the battle through their Z-Abilities.
Equipments only affect those wearing it, and not the teammates not wearing that exact equip.
