Do you agree if the developer revamp SP Gogeta?

Almost all players of dragon ball legends know Super Gogeta is too overpower and always be used on pvp by many players. Even if you using the opposite element to fight Gogeta it's still hard to kill Gogeta.
He has:
1. High damage output (Increase while using combo because of damage buff).
2. High base strike and blast defense (Compared by average all Sparking characters).
3. Main ability restore 20% health.
4. Ultimate skill restore 50 ki.
5. Has counter strike skill.
6. High base hp (around 600k hp).
7. Has 20% chance to faint when using special move.
8. Fast ki recover.

So I want to ask everyone in here, do you agree if the developer revamp Super Gogeta to make the game balance?

I understand that he is OP, but I can say for sure that he will become weeker after some banners. DBLegends is growing fast. For example Broly's stats were almost broken after his releast, but now they are garbage. The point is that he will soon be outdated.
