Much like with the recently released SP DK Piccolo YEL, Cell suffers from poor tagging. If the Regeneration tag were as big as Hybrid or Saiyan, then both of these powerful fighters would be higher in the Tier list. Luckily, we are seeing a lot of new fighters within this tag, so it's very likely that Cell will see a tier promotion in the coming updates.
