Gear
This build is meant for end-game players to really flex their gear, allowing them to run Fallen Cecilia as a bruiser rather than just a tank with utility. With this build, we're looking to maintain around the following stats (if not higher):
- Atk: 1800
- Def: 1200
- HP: 20000
- Spd: 180
- CritC: 80%+
- CritD: 240%
- Eff: 30%
With stats like this, Fallen Ceci can shield her team for a similar level compared to a full-tank build (protecting them from cleave) and interrupt low-Effect Resistance enemies with her Provoke, while still clapping back hard when the time comes.
In terms of gear sets, a Speed set is crucial since it can go a long way in helping Fallen Ceci maintain her presence in fights. An Immunity set can also help in debuff-heavy matchups, but she can also function with a Critical or Health set if preferred.
Artifacts
Since Fallen Cecilia isn't a full tank with this build, it is best to avoid putting Aurius on her in the case the overflow damage leaves her too vulnerable. Adamant Shield is a safer choice. If you need Aurius for your team to survive, this version of Fallen Cecilia can still carry it, but you may need some extra damage mitigation or healing in the team to compensate.
If your team runs another tank who can carry Aurius in her place (i.e., Lilias or Krau), bruiser-Ceci's best in slot Artifact becomes Elbris Ritual Sword. This gives her a lot more chances to counterattack squishy DPS with her solid damage and Provokes them off the rest of Fallen Ceci's team in the bargain.

Team

aka, The Legend Defense Special
As of the end of season 3, these 4 heroes become the most commonly seen Arena Defense team composition, and it's not hard to see why. The idea here is very simple:
- Basar goes first, using his S3 to CR-pushback the enemy team while stripping their buffs and making them Unbuffable.
- Fallen Cecilia then uses her S3, which should put down some solid damage and grant Skill Nullifier to her team, blocking the possibility of an enemy counterattack.
- Seaside Bellona can either get to go next with her S3, which deals massive damage and makes enemies Unhealable.
- Arbiter Vildred cleaves through the weakened enemy team in one fell swoop.
If the fight isn't already over at this point, your enemies should be Unbuffable, Unhealable, gravely injured, and unable to penetrate your Skill Nullifier, let alone Fallen Cecilia's barrier. Finishing them off at this point should be child's play.

aka, The Cleave Team Guardian
On Offense, Fallen Cecilia can play the role of a guardian for a cleave composition. For example, in an Auxilliary Lots + Judge Kise comp (as shown above), Fallen Cecilia's barriers and Skill Nullifier are perfect for protecting Judge Kise from an enemy Martial Artist Ken, vastly improving that matchup. Fallen Cecilia's strong damage also allows her to clean up after Judge Kise's cleave. She also has the ability to Provoke Revive-centric heroes like Maid Chloe or Ruele of Light, stopping them from reviving dead enemies.
PvP - Tank
PvP
This build is meant to emphasize Fallen Cecilia's main strength: making everyone in her team much harder to kill. While Fallen Cecilia is a tank in a literal way, her role falls heavily into the support category, as her focus is on making fights better for her teammates.
Gear
Fallen Cecilia needs a lot of stats to do her job effectively. Her Health needs to be as high as possible, but her Speed also plays a survival role as it dictates how often she applies her barriers and her Skill Nullifier. Defense is always nice for tanks, but Effectiveness is also important to help her Provoke chance.
Compared to most tanks, Effect Resistance isn't crucial on Fallen Cecilia, as her S2 passive will activate through any CC effects. However, Effect Resistance is still useful to have nonetheless, as she can't apply Provoke or Skill Nullifier if she's been Stunned.
She does have a few options for gear sets. Instead of the triple Health set recommended below, you can opt to use a Speed set, or you can swap out any of the Health sets for a Defense set or a Hit set, depending on what substats your Fallen Cecilia needs the most.
Artifacts
Fallen Cecilia's best Artifacts are pretty much what you'd expect. As a sturdy tank, she's a good choice for holding Aurius, and as a Knight who can Provoke with her S1, she's also a great choice for Elbris Ritual Sword.

Team

This is an incredibly powerful Arena Defense team, with each unit making the rest more survivable in different ways. Krau provides a Defense buff, both he and Cecilia provide Provoke, Cecilia provides consistent barriers and Skill Nullifier, Dizzy causes a whole slew of debuffs for the enemy team, and Angelica provides healing and Immunity. A composition like this is so difficult to crack in PvP that many people won't bother trying and will skip you without a second thought.

This is a very potent team composition for Golem 11. While Fallen Cecilia's biggest strength lies in her PvP potency, she does offer a lot of strength in the Golem hunt. (This is especially useful while farming for her gear.)
Equipping an Aurius on her makes the rest of her team significantly harder to kill, and her Skill Nullifier buff can remove the full damage of a Golem attack. By alternating her Skill Nullifier with Lidica's, this team can survive against Golem for a very long time, even without taking Fallen Cecilia's passive barriers into account. Meanwhile, Tamarinne can cleanse Golem's Defense Break and Cermia can prevent the Breeze Silva add from healing Golem by causing Unhealable.

Analysis
Overview
Fallen Cecilia is a supportive tank who makes her whole team significantly tougher. She shines in PvP situations, especially Arena Defense and Guild Wars Offense. Her S1, Mistake, can permanently Provoke any target that is slower than she is, and her other abilities make your squishy damage dealers almost impossible to nuke down quickly.
Strengths
Incredible Health Scaling
Fallen Cecilia gets an incredible amount of value off every point of Health she builds. Not only does her damage increase based on her maximum Health, but she also uses her Health to protect her allies. Every turn, her S2 passively creates a barrier for the ally with the lowest current Health based off a percentage of her own maximum Health. Building Health on Fallen Cecilia is like building Health for your entire team.
Permanent Provoke
If you've ever been in a Guild War fight where your remaining units get in a stalemate with a lone Angelica, you'll be happy to know that Fallen Cecilia stops that situation dead in its tracks. She can keep 100% uptime for Provoke on any unit that is slower than her, which can shut down almost any unit in the game when used properly.
Anti-Cleave
Between her S2 giving her whole team a hefty shield at the start of every fight, and her S3 giving her whole team Skill Nullifier, Fallen Cecilia single-handedly shuts down many cleave comps, even on Defense.
Weaknesses
Low Damage Output
Fallen Cecilia is excellent for protecting your damage dealers, but she isn't so good at dealing damage herself. The Health scaling on her attacks is not terrible, so she could hypothetically be decent if built with Crit stats, but she's never going to be the single-target nuker that Krau is.
Demands Heavy Investment
Some Moonlight 5★ heroes can be useful with minimal investment, such as Sage Baal & Sezan. Fallen Cecilia is not one of these heroes. She needs very high-end gear with very specific stats to do her job, and she needs a LOT of Skill Enhancement to even become viable. At minimum, she needs to be at +7 Skill Enhancement (+4 in her S1 and +3 in her S3), and she really wants some levels in her S2 as well before she can play in the big leagues.
