Doppel Detail (May Contain Spoiler)
The master of this emotion trusts not in it and battles on, regardless of its presence. This Doppel is very small compared to other Doppels and always sits on its master's head, so the master is hardly aware of it. It is doubtful that they communicate, so its master fights normally while it supports her. It is small and looks unreliable, but its vines are powerful enough to penetrate any enemy.

PvE Stories Pros and Cons
Guaranteed Bind
Mami’s guaranteed bind on connect lets her shine even without looking at her stats. When paired with Kanoko or a support Mami, they can trade connects to inflict guaranteed bind and charm to immobilize enemies until a bad disc draw makes it impossible to connect. This alone lets Mami excel in story and event battles, even where a player would otherwise be at a disadvantage.
Area Effect Magia
Mami’s Magia and Dopple both target all enemies which compliments her high attack. Since bind is not guaranteed on these attacks, it may be safer to rely on her connect when the attack may not finish off an enemy.
Only 1 Blast Disc
Only has a single blast disc limits Mami's damage output.
Glass Cannon
Mami is a glass cannon with high attack, and very low defense
PvP Mirrors Pros and Cons
Powerful Connect
Mami’s connect remains a powerful tool, and her high attack lets her put a dent in most enemies. This is where her single blast disc holds Mami back since she can interfere with blast combos. To effectively play to Mami’s strengths, equip memoria with defense boosts and Evade to help her survive long enough to connect. Even if she cannot lock a whole, Mami’s oppressive connect will win matches.
Regardless, her connect boosts damage, and Mami herself boasts high attack, so be cautious and keep track of how many discs she has used. Mami has low defense so she can be dispatched quickly.
Between having a strong connect and being a glass cannon, Mami can thrive in Mirrors.
Glass Cannon
Mami is held back by having a sole blast disc and defense too low to allow her to connect always. Mami’s strengths and utility cannot be denied, and she will be a strong candidate for most Mirrors teams.
Useless AI Bind
As an enemy, Mami’s bind is less threatening in the hands of AI.
Memoria Recommendations
Kyubey Knight Breaking Through
"Kyubey Knight" will increase her attack while also increasing Charged damage.
"I Made Friends" will increase her attack and instead increase her critical hit rate.
Mami's personal memoria will replace your disc pool with Mami's discs, ensuring a puella combo.

Magical Girl Background (May Contain Spoiler)
A veteran magical girl who has been fighting witches for some time.
Mami Tomoe takes pride in being able to save people and she loves black tea. She left Mitakihara due to the number of witches in the city dwindling to nothing. After following the trail of a familiar, she came to Kamihama and is investigating why witches are so drawn to the city.
There, she came across Kanoko Yayoi, who was having trouble fighting off a witch. Mami assisted her and gave her some advice (including naming her moves to give her more confidence). On a later day, Mami returns to Kamihama to investigate further and enjoy some tea. Rika Ayano comes up to her and praises her abilities as a magical girl, having seen Mami fight off the witch with Kanoko. Since her friend cancelled on her, she invites Mami to go shopping and hang at the arcade. After a fun day together, Mami mentions how much she reminds her of her other first magical girl friend, Kyoko Sakura. Rika gives her some encouraging words then asks for her number so they can hang out again later, promising to eventually find her a boyfriend.
On another day, Mami fights off a swarm of familiars only to be confronted by Nanaka Tokiwa and Akira Shinobu. They heard rumors of a monstrously strong magical girl who could take on the powerful witches of Kamihama single-handed without ever having been to Mitama the Adjuster. Mami tries to decline, but the girls refuse so Mami agrees on the condition that they have tea with her. While sitting together, Mami notes how kind Akira is to others. Nanaka agrees, only for Akira to praise Nanaka’s quick thinking. Afterwards, both girls leave the cafe and decide to drop the fight, being glad enough to realize what good friends they were to each other. Mami returned to Mitakihara, determined to continue her investigations into Kamihama.

Doppel Background
Doppel Background (May Contain Spoiler)
The name Candeloro derives from a medieval tradition given to children born on February 2nd, the day of the Pagan holiday of Candlemas, or "feast of candles".
Within Candeloro's barrier there is a house decorated on the inside with Christmas greenery. Common belief is that if you fail to take down the Christmas Greenery on the eve of Candlemas, you bring death to all of those in your congregation.
The tag on Candeloro in the PSP game Madoka Magica Portable reads “CANDELORO du Polignac”. It could be a reference to Yolande Martine Gabrielle de Polastron, Duchesse de Polignac, a member of Marie Antoinette's court who was greatly famed for her beauty. Gabrielle de Polastron was considered by many of her friends to be elegant, sophisticated, charming and entertaining.
Mami’s doppel ties up those who wish to leave her and could be seen as Mami’s desire to not be left alone, since Kyoko Sakura left her once before. In her Anime Japan 2017 card description (displayed prior to the game’s release), the doppel's flaws are described as being "strongly opinionated and doesn’t do a very good job of listening to others” due to resembling her master, the strong-headed Mami.
Candeloro's attacks resemble those of Mami's. She has a simple rifle-like attack and can bind using her ribbon arms. She can also take possession of a familiar to shoot a Tiro Finale-like attack, except it shoots flames rather than ammunition.
The most glaring aspect of this doppel is Mami’s fondness for tea, as Candeloro’s barrier is a never-ending tea party with a rainbow bridge and apple trees. Even her familiars resemble Kyoko and Madoka Kaname (or Sayaka Miki depending on the timeline) and attack with their signature weapons.
Cups symbolize healing and immortality, which reflects Mami’s wish to not die from a car accident. Apple trees also symbolize immortality. Rainbow Bridges, like those in Norse mythology, bridge the Earth to the divine lands. Black clouds are a common symbol of inevitability and death, referencing Mami’s frequent death throughout different timelines. The water that flows in her barrier is red, likely blood as blood is a symbol of life forces.
