New Tier List Placements

5 Star Servants

Tier B+

Da Vinci Rider is a mix of an Arts AoE damage dealer with some supportive capacity. Overall, her skill set provides much more to the party than her Caster self, providing an NP Strength and Overcharge buff for all allies, and 10% NP Gauge for all allies. In addition, whenever using her Arts NP, she will grant 20% NP Gauge to all allies as well, making her an excellent asset in most any party. She also has a set of selfish buffs, both defensive in nature, including an Evade, HP Recovery per Turn, and Debuff Immunity, and more offensive in nature, such as Critical Strength, and NP Gauge per turn. In addition, her NP itself will buff her Arts performance before applying damage. Her ATK stat unfortunately is somewhat lacking, with her damage at NP1 being somewhat underwhelming. However, with Arts Support, particularly after Altria Caster is available, her performance is much enhanced. She also has a place in more stall-oriented parties, with the party NP gauge support on her own NP helping to maintain NP rotations.

Bronze Servants

Tier C+

The self-important bronze rarity Saber, Jason, is primarily a supportive Servant with an AoE Arts damage NP. He is capable of granting a multitude of buffs to allies, although several of his buffs, including NP Gauge, Crit Damage, and Star Drop Rate buffs are restricted only to members of the Argonauts. As a result, he is best fielded with the Argonauts for greatest effect, in which his support is quite impressive for a bronze Servant. For all other Servants, he provides a small targeted heal that also removes only one debuff from the ally, as well as a targeted Evade and Star Gather buff, and a standard ATK buff for all allies. His NP will buff his own Arts effectiveness before dealing damage to all enemies, although given his very low base stats, his damage output isn't the most impressive even at NP5. In most cases, he would be brought to the team as a low-cost support option, although he fills this role relatively decently.

Jason: x -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.17) - [NorseFTX - B][TrubotheDwarf - D][WhiteRabbit - C+][Rathilal - C+]

Tier B

Paris, one of the fourth Anniversary Bronze Servants, is an ST Quick Archer Servant with the special ability to deal bonus damage against enemies he successfully removes buffs from using his skill. The buff removal on his first skill will apply a three turn debuff that boosts his NP damage, in addition to debuffing the enemy's Crit Rate and granting Paris a 1-time, 1-turn Evade. Paris additionally has several self-buffs, including an ATK, DEF, and Debuff Resist buff, and the capability to charge his own NP by 20% with a small heal. His NP provides him with Ignore Invincibility before damage as well, ensuring the damage will circumvent most defensive options. He is a solid entry to the Archer class, being an excellent budget option for ST Quick damage with buff removal on demand.

Paris: x -> B (Avg Score: 7.75) - [NorseFTX - B][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - B][Rathilal - B]

Tier C+

Gareth is a new entry to the bronze Lancer Servant list, with an ST Buster NP and a defensive tookit. She comes with a taunt, self defense buffs, and Guts. Additionally, she has a 20% NP Gauge charge, and an NP Gain buff for herself, which can help her access her NP more quickly. Finally, she has a unique skill that buffs her ATK every time she is hit by the enemy, although this ATK buff is consumed with the next Card she uses. Her NP innately ignores Invincibility effects, and will deal damage and decrease defense for a single enemy. She does suffer from low stats, particularly her ATK stat, given her status as a bronze Servant, and it can be hard to use her to her fullest potential given her low HP pool and only one turn of Target Focus, but she still fills in as an ST Buster damage dealer relatively decently. After her upgrade, her Critical performance receives a boost as well.

Gareth: x -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.5) - [NorseFTX - C+][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - A][Rathilal - C-]

Tier B

The charismatic pirate, Bartholomew Roberts, is available during the fourth Anniversary after his initial appearance at the Meihousou. He is primarily an AoE Quick Rider damage dealer, with the capability of providing some offensive and critical support to allies. His party wide buffs include NP Damage, ATK, and Critical Strength, and he is capable of generating a sum of stars while reducing his own Star Gather rate to 0%, essentially nullifying his own Rider star weight and distributing stars to allies. He also has a self Quick buff, and the ability to reduce Crit Rate for all enemies. His AoE Quick NP has the unique effect of dealing bonus damage to low rarity enemies (indicated by having a Bronze colored class symbol), in addition to applying a DEF debuff after damage. Bartholomew is technically capable of looping with the double Skadi setup as well, although he requires substantial support to do so. Overall, Bartholomew is a solid team addition at his low cost and decent party support.

Bartholomew Roberts: x -> B (Avg Score: 8) - [NorseFTX - B][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - A][Rathilal - C]

Tier EX-

Chen Gong, tactician of unconventional practice, finally joins during the fourth Anniversary as a new bronze Caster after his intial appearance during the Lostbelt 3 chapter. His claim to fame is his AoE Arts NP, which deals massive damage to all enemies at the cost of the leftmost ally in the party lineup. At first glance, it may seem detrimental to eat into one's own party ranks to damage the enemy, but this also allows their spot to be taken immediately by another Servant in the backline, with skills ready to use. Chen Gong essentially gives the party an additional method to rapidly "Order Change" backline party members to the front, which greatly opens up possibilities for both farming and buff stacking compositions. His skills are also quite powerful, with a targetable Merlin-strength Buster and Max HP buff, which also increases Crit Damage for a Berserker ally, and separately, a DEF buff to all allies that comes with a 10% NP charge. Finally, he is also able to grant an ally the Target Focus effect while decreasing Crit Rate for all enemies. Taken together, his supportive capabilities and the extent to which he increases the party's accessibility to backline Servants' skills are remarkable enough to completely change the way Masters play if they properly build a team with his abilities in mind.

Chen Gong: x -> EX- (Avg Score: 9.5) - [NorseFTX - EX-][TrubotheDwarf - A][WhiteRabbit - A+][Dathedr - A+][Rathilal - EX]

Tier D+

Charlotte Corday, an ST Arts Assassin, has an NP that can remove Evasion buffs, ignore DEF, and inflict Instant Death. Her skill set, offensively, includes a self ATK buff, Ignore Invincibility, an Instant Death rate buff, and a random chance of either an Arts, Crit Damage, or NP Damage buff. Defensively, she has a debuff resist buff and a 2-time 3 turn Evade. Although she provides decent utility, she suffers most from her poor ATK stat being a 1 star Servant, so her effectiveness leaves some to be desired. She is still useful to fill in as an ST Assassin if other options are unavailable, although there are some rather powerful Arts Assassin choices among the readily available 3 Star Servants.

Charlotte Corday: x -> D+ (Avg Score: 6.5) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - D][WhiteRabbit - D][Rathilal - C]

Tier D+

Salome is the bronze Berserker Servant of the fourth anniversary batch, with an ST Arts NP, which is relatively unique among Berserkers. Her NP provides both Curse and increased Curse Damage effects, which alone tend not to too remarkable in most applications. Her skill set consists of a mix of selfish offensive and defensive buffs, with the exception of her notably unique yet difficult-to-use third skill. Her third skill is capable of increasing all allies' NP Gauge to 100% after a whole seven turns pass, while also removing one of her own defensive buffs every turn and restoring a small amount of HP at the same time. In practice, it can be troublesome to stall for an entire seven turns while still capitalizing on her third skill's effects fully, although it allows for Masters to exercise their creativity and experiment with her in setups. Her other skills include a Special ATK buff against Lawful-Good alignment enemies, an ATK buff, and Invincibility, DEF, and Debuff Immune buffs for herself. Note that her third skill will cause her to lose her defensive buffs gradually over turns. Her damage is unfortunately not particularly impressive, and given how unwieldy her unique gimmick is, it can be difficult to utilize her to the fullest extent.

Salome: x -> D+ (Avg Score: 6.58) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - D][WhiteRabbit - C+][Rathilal - D]

Tier List Movements

5 Star Servants

Tier C+ > B

First Hassan received his Rank Up almost 9 months earlier than expected, upgrading his Guts skill to provide a Buster buff with 5 turns of uptime. Additionally, if hits Guts effect is activated during this time, he instantly gains 20% NP Gauge and a stronger Buster Buff for a turn, making his first skill effective in almost all situations where it was only a survival skill prior.

First Hassan: C+ -> B (Avg Score: 8) - [NorseFTX - B][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - B][Rathilal - B]

Tier C > C+

Altera's Skill upgrade improves her party supportive capability, as well as her own NP performance by slightly improving the NP Damage buff value of her first skill, and more notably, increasing the duration of the buff from 1 to 3 turns. In addition, it now has the handy ability to remove defensive buffs from all enemies, which includes DEF, Damage Cut, Evasion, and Invincibility effects

Altera: C -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.2) - [NorseFTX - C+][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - C+]

Tier D+ > C+

Iskandar gains a slight buff to his party NP damage buff, and increased duration of the buff from 1 to 3 turns. Much more notably, he now grants a Critical Strength buff to all allies at a modest value for three turns, further improving his already quite decent damage support capacity.

Iskandar: D+ -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.2) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C][Meliran - B][Rathilal - C]

Tier A > EX-

Nero's first skill now can grant an instant 20-30% NP Gauge to an ally of choice. This addition elevates Nero Bride's capacity to act as an NP Looping support to impressive levels, given the skill already provides a substantial NP Gain buff to the target. Combined with the strong values on her other supportive buffs, this upgrade makes Nero Bride one of the premiere NP looping supports in the roster.

Nero Claudius (Bride): A -> EX- (Avg Score: 9.53) - [NorseFTX - EX-][TrubotheDwarf - A+][WhiteRabbit - A+][Meliran - EX][Rathilal - A+]

Tier C > C+

MHX's latest Rank Up of many will enhance her first skill, adding an AoE DEF debuff that lasts three turns, helping increase her own and her party's damage output. This upgrade is rather straightforward but undeniably effective and welcome nonetheless.

Mysterious Heroine X: C -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.33) - [NorseFTX - B][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C+][Meliran - C][Rathilal - C+]

Tier C+ > C+

Rider Alter's rather unique Skill Cooldown reduction skill now gains the delayed effect of increasing the target's Max HP after a turn passes, which helps offset its demerit (and then some). Although this does not greatly change how Altria Rider Alter operates, the extra healing is still helpful to have.

Altria Pendragon (Rider Alter): C+ -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.46) - [NorseFTX - C+][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - C+][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - C+]

4 Star Servants

Tier D > D+

The Lancer form of Medusa receives an upgrade to her Charm skill, making it land much more reliably at max level (where it is guaranteed aside from any innate Debuff Resistance the enemy may have). In addition, it helps boost her damage output by inflicting a Quick Resist debuff on the enemy, which is helpful both for her Card and NP damage.

Medusa (Lancer): D -> D+ (Avg Score: 6.4) - [NorseFTX - C-][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - D+][Meliran - D][Rathilal - D]

Tier C > C+

Gorgon's self ATK buff gains increased duration, being active for up to 4 times across 2 turns compared to its prior uptime of only 1 turn. In addition, her Buster Crit performance is improved by an additional 1-turn Buster Star Gather effect on the skill, which will help her Buster Cards selectively absorb critical stars. This, combined with her existing Critical Strength buff on her second skill, will help make her critical hits more consistent and effective.

Gorgon: C -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.27) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C+][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - B-]

Tier D+ > C

Medea's Heal effectiveness skill gains an additional effect, providing up to 100% buff removal resistance for three turns at maximum level. Although the Heal effectiveness itself does not chance with Rank Up, buff removal resistance can come into handy in some challenging encounters, and can also provide support for some Servants in the roster with self buff removal effects (such as Yu Mei-ren).

Medea (Lily): D+ -> C (Avg Score: 6.8) - [NorseFTX - C-][TrubotheDwarf - D][WhiteRabbit - D+][Meliran - B][Rathilal - C]

Tier C > C+

Saint Martha (Ruler)'s NP receives a standard single target Buster damage upgrade of +200% across the board. In addition, the DEF debuff that applies before damage is increased in value, further enhancing her NP's damage.

Saint Martha (Ruler): C -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.2) - [NorseFTX - C+][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - C][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - C+]

Tier D > C+

Gawain finally is capable of bringing the sun with him wherever he goes, with his latest upgrade granting him the ability to convert any battlefield to the [Sunny] trait, to activate his field-specific buffs. In addition, the value of the ATK buff for his skill is enhanced, further improving his damage. For users of Gawain, this upgrade is a long-awaited and welcome one.

Gawain: D -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.2) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - C][Meliran - C][Rathilal - C]

3 Star Servants

Tier C > C+

Romulus gets an upgrade to his Natural Body skill, improving the values of its healing, and providing him with a source of an instant 20% NP Gauge charger. With this, he is able to unleash an NP right off the bat with the help of a non-MLB Kaleidoscope, or can reach an NP much more easily with the help of supports.

Romulus: C -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.4) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - B][WhiteRabbit - C+][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - C+]

Tier C > C+

Alexander's Charm skill gains a slightly better Charm chance, essentially guaranteeing the Charm will hit (aside from innate Debuff Resist on enemies). Additionally, it now has a buff removal effect for the enemy targeted, which can be useful in various encounters where enemy buffs can prove to be an obstacle.

Alexander: C -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.27) - [NorseFTX - C][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - B][Meliran - C+][Rathilal - C]

Tier C+ > C+

Fuuma Kotarou's third skill, which formerly only decreases debuff resist, now additionally inflicts a DEF debuff for three turns, and provides a useful 1-time Buff Block effect, greatly increasing Fuuma's utility in the party.

Fuuma Kotarou: C+ -> C+ (Avg Score: 7.47) - [NorseFTX - C+][TrubotheDwarf - C][WhiteRabbit - B][Meliran - B-][Rathilal - C+]

Tier E > D

Boudica's anti-Roman skill now provides a more universally-useful effect of a party Critical Strength buff that lasts three turns. This upgrade makes her first skill much more useful, where it formerly was only effective in niche encounters, and increases Boudica's overall supportive capacity for the party.

Boudica: E -> D (Avg Score: 5.93) - [NorseFTX - D][TrubotheDwarf - D][WhiteRabbit - C+][Meliran - E][Rathilal - E+]
