Team

Note: none of the builds below is the definitive best out of the suggested ones, the fighters highlighted below are just all strong enough to put up a serious argument to be on the team, so they're all listed. Also, "Bench" Fighters aren't necessarily worse than the "Core" Fighters, as the choice of which ones to use is dependant on the matchup.

The Dragon Balls in the LF icons indicate the stars required for them to be considered Core options. If a LF doesn't have the Dragon Ball, it means it's core regardless of Stars.

  • She’s just a tremendous force Offensively, thanks to constant Arts Draw Speed and very high Damage Buffs. It’s not really rare for her to one-combo opponents, especially if they’re Saiyans.
  • Her Ultimate Move locks Strike Cards for 7 timer counts, which might not look that impactful at first sight, but it gives her Team a good chance to initiate another Combo shortly after the Ultimate Move, especially against Teams such as Fusion Warriors which mostly rely on those types of Cards.

  • He's a very versatile Fighter, as he's both capable of dealing very respectable Damage on his own, and Tank relatively well at a decent amount of stars. He can't really compare to SP Android #18 YEL unless he's 12-13*, however they can also be used together in a double Yellow lineup.
  • He becomes really threatening Offensively once he activates his Main Ability, as he gets Arts Draw Speed + and a Special Move Buff.

  • Her Supportive Effects are just fantastic for this Team, as she constantly provides over 50% Damage Buffs for her Female Warrior allies, and still pretty decent Buffs for any Android.
  • While she's mainly a Support, after getting a Zenkai SP Android #21 BLU became a quite capable Fighter if taken singularly as well. Primarily, high Defensive stats make her perfect to protect SP Android #18 YEL against the fearsome SP SSJ2 Gohan RED and SP Super Gogeta RED. Secondarily, she's pretty great Offensively thanks to Debuffs and Arts Draw Speed.

  • He's the ace of this Team Defensively since his Revive mechanic dwarfs even Endurance in terms of being able to absorb the opponent's Damage with no drawback.
  • He’s a very solid Fighter all around. Pre Transformation he can hold his own Offensively, but after he just becomes a death machine thanks to his enormous Buffs and his very resourceful Extra Move and Special Move.

  • He has various capabilities that make him an absolute powerhouse Defensively: high Health/Defense stats, Damage Reduction, anti Blast/Special Move Cover, and Healing. These things make him incredibly obnoxious to face, and he specifically makes an annoying Defensive duo with Perfect Cell.
  • He's just ok Offensively right off the bat, but he gets considerably stronger by Mid Game as he stacks various Buffs up. Also , his Ultimate Move is one of the best in the Game thanks to its AoE Paralysis Effect.

Discussion

Androids are a balanced Team that can dominate early Game scenarios , but they become a bit slow in late game. In fact, SP Android #18 YEL is the best Offensive ace Android could hope for right off the bat, as her Arts Draw Speed Mechanic, coupled with his Extra Move mechanics, turn her into a borderline unfair death machine in the first half of a Fight. However, as she stops drawing Extra Moves, her Offensive potential also drops, since not being able to consistently swap Blast Cards to Strike Cards really limits her Damage potential.

Another thin Android is good at is being consistently strong, with very few variable related to risky Moves, or nifty Supportive Effects: it's a Tanky Team because of its Raw Defenses, Cover, and Revive Effects ( Super #17, Cell ), and their Supportive Effects ( Android #21 ) are pretty standard as they're primarly Damage Buff based.

While this means the Team won't particularly under-perform in any situation, it also limits its potential, as its possibilities become quite restricted if the Core doesn't manage to generate a substantial advantage over the opponent through #18's initial bursts.

The Team also isn't particularly well equipped to face the Meta, as their only really strong Offensive Fighter is #18, which means they get walled pretty often by oppressive Fighters who aren't Purple ( SSJ2 Gohan Zenkai, Future GohanBoujackFat Buu to name a few ).

Android has been at the top of the Meta for a long time, but it started declining fast as the Meta became more diverse.

She can inflict pretty high Damage in spurts, but lack of Ki Recovery or Arts Draw Speed make her Buffs stacking capabilities limited, despite her Extra Move. She's still a solid alternative, and arguably Core at Red Stars.

His Defensive Capabilities still make him one of the Tankiest Fighters in the whole Game, however his Offense is a bit lackluster at this point. He's a pretty great alternative nonetheless, and if you want you can even use him as Bench for SP Android #21:Good GRN, in order to use both against Blue Color Counter.

He's very good at dealing Blast Damage and disrupting the opponents through annoying Debuffs.

He's a decent Blast Damage dealer and probably the best Purple option for the Team, but he needs a high amount of stars to work well here, as his stats are pretty bad.
