Overview
The second summonable ULTRA Rarity Fighter, UL SSBKK Goku YEL has further solidified that ULTRA Rarity Fighters will be the best of the best in the PvP Meta. UL SSBKK Goku YEL has a wide range of utility-based abilities that can prove to be incredibly frustrating for the opposition such as Strike-seal, being able to restore his vanish gauge completely, increased card draw speed after vanishing to further prolong his already long combos, card draw speed debuffing and the list goes on and on.
This Fighter truly has no flaws, similar to UL Super Gogeta BLU. He can dish out a lot of Damage, take hits decently well, and has some of the best utility in the game to top it all of. A truly frightening Fighter to go up against.
Strengths
Strike-Seal
Similar to SP Majin Buu(Good) GRN, UL SSBKK Goku has the ability to seal Strike Arts however, Goku’s is even more oppressive due to the fact that Goku does it whenever he’s faced with an enemy. This means that opposing Fighters have to be wary of his Strike-seal before switching out or he’ll be able to completely stop their combo.
At the beginning of a match, it is almost impossible to counter UL SSBKK Goku’s tackle as the opposition won’t have any Strike-Arts to counter it.
I Vanish, I Win
UL SSBKK Goku YEL becomes an even greater threat once he vanishes an opponent’s attack due to the insane effects he gains when he does so. He gets a +1 increase to his Card Draw Speed, he destroys 1 of the enemy’s cards which limits their combo by a little and he reduces their Ki-Recovery by 50% for 10 timer counts.
If UL SSBKK Goku YEL catches an opponent after vanishing, they might as well be dead as he’ll generate enough Cards to do a never-ending combo which will result in him having a higher chance of getting more DragonBalls, him restoring his vanish gauge completely, he’ll get an increase in his Strike and Blast Arts Damage and he’ll draw an Extra Arts to continue the combo all while doing even more Damage.
20x Kaioken God Kamehameha
It’s safe to say that UL SSBKK Goku YEL’s Ultimate Arts is one of, if not, the strongest Ultimate Arts Card in the game when fully ramped up. For each Extra Arts that Goku uses, he gains 10% to his Ultimate Arts Damage up to a maximum of 50%. It’s relatively easy to get that extra 50% due to him generating an endless amount of Extra Arts due to his Unique Gauge. With this, Goku will have 100% Ultimate Damage Inflicted to go along with his Supreme Ultimate modifier.
Kaio-God Level Damage
UL SSBKK Goku YEL is one of the hardest-hitting Fighters this game has ever seen. He gains 110% Damage inflicted permanently once the battle starts and it can get to 140% if he’s the Leader. This is more than what other Fighters get at their peak.
To go along with that, every time his Gauge is filled, he gets an extra 40% Damage inflicted to his next Strike and Blast Arts Damage inflicted which can stack up to 80%.
The Extra Arts that he gains when his Gauge is full gives him 30% Damage inflicted along with another card as well.
Overall, his Damage is only rivaled by a few Fighters in the current meta and the opposition has to play carefully, or else he’ll end matches in seconds.

Team Synergy
Universe Survival Saga
UL SSBKK Goku YEL has improved Universal Survival Saga immensely. Their YEL Fighters were slowly becoming outdated due to the massive power creep that has transpired post-Legends Festival.
UL SSBKK Goku YEL provides another level of offense to the team along with decent Utility. His Z Ability is great for the team as well as it’s never a bad thing to make your team a little bit bulkier. Alongside LL SP Jiren: Full Power PUR, USS is shaping up to be one of the better teams so far in 2022.
God Ki
Sadly, UL SSBKK Goku YEL didn’t add the one key piece that God-Ki was missing which is a good endurance/revival Fighter but he did make the team better as their YEL option is now vastly superior to what it was before. The team thrives off being an offensive powerhouse and UL SSBKK Goku YEL fits right in.
