Overview
Another Rose Goku Black has arrived in Dragonball Legends much to nobody’s surprise. EX Rose Goku Black YEL is surprisingly meant to be ran on the God Ki team because he only buffs that team with his Z-Ability and he has a support buff strictly for the God-Ki tag.
Strengths

EX Rose Goku Black YEL gives out a 20% Damage Inflicted buff for God Ki allies only after he gets hit which is similar to SP LL Future Gohan YEL. He also restores his own health by 5% which isn’t much.
Elevated Will
EX Rose Goku Black YEL gets a 40% Damage reduction when he enters the battlefield which is one of the highest Damage reduction percentages for an EXTREME FIghter. He also shortens his own sub count by 3 for 10 timer counts which will allow you to cycle back into him quicker.
Weaknesses
Being An EXTREME Fighter
Being an EXTREME Fighter comes with low stats and Rose is no exception to this.
