Overview
The power of the Gods, SP SSG Goku GRN is one of the better free SPARKING Gokus’ that we’ve gotten, and rightfully so as he has the ability to ramp up his damage quickly and gets stronger when ran with a Saiyan Fighter which is the most common tag in the entire game.
Strengths
Engage
SP SSG Goku GRN has a basic 40% Damage inflicted buff when he enters the battlefield along with 20% Damage reduction which isn’t too helpful defensively. However, when he’s ran with a Saiyan team member, he gains a 30% Damage increase and ramps up his Damage with each Strike or Blast arts that he uses. This ramp-up ability is very common among recent units and Goku can put it to good use.
Dragon Smash
SP SSG Goku GRN’s Special Move has the same ability as Buutenks where there's a 50% chance to cancel enemy attribute upgrades which can turn a fight around in an instant.
Surging Power Of God
SP SSG Goku GRN’s main ability increases sub count by 5 for 15 timer counts which will throw off the enemy’s character rotation and force them to stay in with characters a bit longer. He also has a 20% heal which is very good, especially when he’s ran on the Godki team as Vados also provides heals.
Weaknesses
Abysmal Stats
It is to be expected that a free Fighter would have average stats but this God Goku has abysmal stats. His highest-ranked stat is his Strike attack which is ranked 69th while all his other stats are ranked in the 100s and his HP is at rank 215th which is staggering.
Team Synergy
God Ki
Sadly, SP SSG Goku GRN isn’t the first nor second option on the God-Ki team as Z7 SP LL Beerus GRN and SP Vados GRN are vastly superior in every way and he doesn’t even buff the team with his Z-Ability.
