Overview
One of Frieza’s mid-ranking Fighters has made his way into the Dragon Ball Legends, EX Ramon GRN is here to take over the universe with the Frieza Force. Ramon is a free 14-star EXTREME Fighter that we’ll be able to acquire through an in-game event and his toolkit is fairly straightforward.Â
He excels in high Blast Damage and long combos for a certain duration. He increases his critical rate and he gives his allies buffs upon his death in battle which is super useful.
Strengths
Reckless Engage
EX Ramon GRN can get up to 140% Damage inflicted on the battlefield through his two unique abilities and his Main Ability. His Main Ability gives him a Card Arts Draw Speed increase along with a 70% Ki Recovery increase for 20 timer counts. This synergizes well with his lowered Blast Arts cost as it makes his combos longer.
After being on the battlefield for 3 timer counts, the opposition should seriously be wary of Ramon as his 30% increase to his critical rate will be in effect and he’ll be able to catch opponents off-guard with huge Damage if criticals are triggered.
Supportive Soldier
Ramon gives his allies a 50% Blast Damage Inflicted buff, one of the highest in the game, and gives Minions an extra 30% Damage Inflicted. This is very versatile as the 50% Blast Damage can be used by any Fighter in the game.
Weaknesses
Poor Defenses
EX Ramon GRN only has a 20% Damage reduction for 15 timer counts when he enters the battlefield which is nothing in today’s meta and his defensive stats aren’t exactly the best.
Team Synergy
Frieza Force
EX Ramon GRN is the best GRN Fighter for the Frieza Force team and he synergizes incredibly well with the other newly added Frieza Soldiers in this team. He can be a burst of offensive pressure on this team and his Z-Ability is great as it gives a huge 35% increase to Blast Damage and Defense at 14 stars.
