His toolkit comes with his iconic Special Move – Angry Kamehameha – and does mind-boggling Damage, which makes the Special Move Damage here exceptional. As a Ranged Fighter in a Meta prevalent with Saiyans, he makes great use of the other 2 slots as well.
This might seem like an interesting choice, but Frieza Force has seen an increase in usage, and this is very good Offensively in that regard.
