While EX Raditz BLU turned out to be a very formidable foe in Saiyan Saga Z--where it took three Fighters to take him down--he doesn’t quite live up to those battle expectations in Dragon Ball Legends.
That being said, his Saiyan Health Boosting Z-Ability has still made him a staple in most Saiyan Teams since his release despite the fact that he’s nowhere near viable as a core Fighter.
While he hasn’t aged very well, EX Raditz BLU is still able to stay relevant thanks to his Health Boosting Z-Ability.
However, unless he’s improved through a future balance update, this Fighter is unlikely to see the frontlines.
But that doesn’t stop him from being invaluable on the bench of a Saiyan Team, due to how rare Health Boosting Z-Abilities are.
This Tag is far too old to need countering. Since EX Raditz BLU only has one Unique Ability that only works against Super Warriors, this essentially amounts to him having no Unique Ability at all. Additionally, Super Warrior is not a particularly relevant tag in the current meta.
As strong as his ability boosting moves are, his stats are too poor to make them viable. This, combined with the fact he only holds two Strike Arts Cards and has an awful Ki Recovery Speed - keeps him from seeing actual combat for the foreseeable future.
His stats are too old to do much good on the core, but this Fighter is a must have for the bench due to the rarity and value of Health stat Boosting Z-Abilities.
