Overview
Do it NOW BROLY! Another iteration of Ikari Broly has joined the meta in Dragon Ball Legends as one of the best GRN Fighters in the game currently. Broly excels in doing an insane amount of Damage to the opposition and his Special Move Arts can instantly delete the opposition’s HP bars. Broly can also do a decently long combo duo to his special Strike Arts ability which gives him Card Draw Speed for 5 timer counts.
Overall, SP Broly GRN is a fantastic Fighter that can pack a punch against the best of the best.
Strengths
The Wrath of BROLY
When Broly enters the battlefield he gets a huge 80% Damage inflicted and he draws a Special Move Arts next which pairs nicely with his 60% next Special Move Damage inflicted. His Special Move also gains a 25% Damage buff when the card is activated which combines with everything else makes it hit incredibly hard.
Broly becomes stronger depending on the Arts Card that the enemy uses. These buffs also cannot be canceled which makes it incredibly good. With this, Broly becomes a late-game monster as he’ll have a lot of buffs to demolish the enemy.
Fist Full Of Rage
When SP Broly GRN uses his Main Ability - “Fist Full Of Rage”, he gains a Strike Arts Card and it’ll do 40% more Damage than it normally would which is good but the biggest benefit from his Main Ability, is that he nullifies Cover Changes for 30 timer counts.
This is insanely useful in the current meta where most teams have Fighters that can Cover Change against Blast or Strike Arts and you’ll be able to Rising Rush Fighters that have Cover Rescue.
Weaknesses
Poor Ki Recovery and No Card Reduction
SP Broly GRN has access to Card Draw Speed whenever he uses a Strike Arts but he can’t fully utilize it as he has no reduction in the cost of his Cards and even though he gains Ki on entry, his Ki Recovery isn’t that great for him to recover a good amount of Ki during the combo.
Team Synergy
Powerful Opponent
SP Broly GRN is one of the best Fighters for the Powerful Opponent team but he has fierce competition against SP Kid Buu GRN. SP Kid Buu GRN is probably the better option for the team due to his great defense and support for the team but SP Broly GRN adds a whole new level of offense for the Powerful Opponent team and his Z Ability is fantastic for the team.
Sagas From The Movies
SP Broly GRN is the undisputed best GRN Fighter for the Sagas From The Movies team. He is good defensively for the team and he has high offense which most Sagas From The Movies Fighters have.
