Overview
The Saiyan filled with RAGE, SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL is here to take his throne as the best YEL Super Saiyan Fighter. Goku has been released along with 5 other Goku Fighters and he goes on one of the best teams in the game, Super Saiyans.Â
This Fighter excels in high Damage output and his last-man-standing capabilities. Sadly, his Z-Ability is ineffective as Frieza Saga Fighters don’t have a cohesive team.
Strengths
Awakened Power
SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL’s Special Move is similar to Z7 SP SSJ Goku RED’s as they both give a Damage increase upon activation, however, Z7 SP SSJ Goku RED’s is 50% stronger. Nevertheless, SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL’s is still incredibly powerful and goes hand-in-hand with his Main Ability that gives him a Special Move Arts along with 50% Damage inflicted.
This Special Move can prove to deal devastating amounts of Damage, especially if he’s ran alongside Z7 SP SSJ Bardock BLU.
Rage and Engage
As mentioned in the Overview, SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL can deal great Damage to opposing Fighters, he comes into the battlefield with 70% Damage inflicted which is the norm for Fighters nowadays along with 30 ki. He gets stronger as the fight progresses as he’s able to take advantage of his Rage: Inflicted Damage Up unique ability that gives him an uncancellable Damage increase and Damage reduction and a 10% heal to boost his survivability.Â
Weaknesses
Terrible Z-Ability
As with all of the free Gokus, SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL has a terrible Z-Ability as he buffs Fighters from the Frieza Saga.
Carried By Bardock
SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL on his own isn’t a threat which is often the case with most Super Saiyan Fighters and as such, he requires Bardock to push him over the edge.
Team Synergy

Fortunately, SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL’s competition on the Super Saiyan team was SP SSJ Broly YEL who isn’t a great Fighter. SP SSJ Goku(Frieza Saga) YEL’s best friend on this team is Bardock as he protects him from RED Fighters and gives him a huge increase in his Damage. Unfortunately, there are many better last-man-standing Fighters on this team so Goku won’t take full advantage of his last-man-standing capabilities.
