Overview
Due to the player survey given out a few months ago, SP Android 18 YEL has received her Zenkai Awakening. Her cool beauty has taken the meta-game by storm and players soon realized that she is going to be a dominant force for a very long time.
She is considered to be the 2nd best unit in the game, only surpassed by SP SSJ2 Youth Gohan RED due to her devastating combos and the fact that she punishes you for playing defense (cover changing).
Strengths
The Deadly Lock
SP Android 18 YEL’s Ultimate Arts - “ Deadly Dance” now increases your opponent’s substitution count by 5 for 20 timer counts which is amazing after the update, where you can now switch multiple times during a combo.
Her Ultimate Arts also locks opponents Strike Arts for 7 timer counts which is incredibly oppressive against Strike-based teams.
The Upgraded Kefla
SP Android #18 YEL’s Unique Ability - “Elegant Combat” is reminiscent of SP SSJ2 Kefla GRN’s entire toolkit. She gets 40% Strike Damage Inflicted and gains an additional 20% for every Strike Arts that she uses which allows her to continuously ramp up her Strike Damage to extraordinary levels and she gets 25% Damage reduction.
She also regains Ki when she uses Blast Arts which is a nice touch considering she holds two Blast Arts.
Yeah, that’s a single Unique Ability.
You Can't Play Defense
SP Android 18 YEL punishes opponents for playing defense(cover changing). She gains 20 ki and her card draw speed increases each time the opponent cover changes. This makes her stronger each time the opponent cover changes which is insanely powerful in a game where switching out units is a core mechanic.
This Ability puts her at the top of the game when it comes to Offense to which she can even dish out neutral Damage to RED units.
The Android With Infinite Energy
SP Android 18 YEL’s Extra Arts - “Infinite Energy Reactor” works incredibly well with her toolkit. She gets an Extra Arts up to 3 times when she comes onto the battlefield and with it, she changes her Blast Arts to Strike Arts, reduces the cost of her Strike Arts, and gives her a 20% Strike Damage Increase. This Extra Arts is there to compensate for the fact that she holds two Blast Arts.
Weaknesses
Holds Blast Art Cards
Previously, holding two Blast Arts was a very big weakness for her but now it's only a minor one due to her Zenkai Awakening. She now has Unique Abilities to compensate for the fact that she holds 2 Blast Arts which reduces the negative effect of holding them.
Team Synergy
Female Warrior
SP Android 18 YEL works incredibly well in the Female Warriors Team with the likes of SP SSJ2 Kefla GRN and SP Android 21 PUR. The team is primarily strike based which SP Android 18 YEL excels in.
Androids
SP Android 18 YEL is a core member apart of the Android team and is their main damage dealer. Although she doesn’t have a BLU unit to protect her against RED units, she has Zenkai 7 SP Android 16 GRN as her tank to take incoming hits and SP Perfect Cell (Revived) RED as a nifty Damage dealer who also has utility with his two health bars.

Despite her two held Blast Arts Cards, SP Android #18 YEL is a Strike based Fighter that does extra Damage to the Saiyan Tag via her Unique Ability.
This Equip is incredible on her, as it gives a massive Boost in Strike Attack and gives her more Health.
Her anti-Saiyan abilities coupled with the extra Damage to Red Fighters can actually put a dent in Red Saiyans, despite the color disadvantage.
